We are counselors, doctors , schedulers, cooks , teachers, best friends , punching bag, healers, maids and everything for everybody!!! I know so many mothers that feel this way … hell I feel this way at times… We continue to give every ounce of ourselves. This event will help you to identify who you truly are outside of being a mother. This seminar helps you to find the balance between being a loving mom and being the best version of yourself; you desire to be. During this interactive seminar you will develop tools which will assist with setting healthy boundaries , self love tools and rediscovering who you are and who you aspire to be.
