This engaging and interactive LIVE day will include:Inspiration and insights from school district administrator, Dr. Michelle CarneyRay-YoderProven ideas for making a positive impact on your school’s culture and climateCollaborative time to create action plans and share ideasLeadership skills teachers and administrators Proven methods for improving graduation, attendance and discipline ratesFEATURED SPEAKER: Dr. Michelle CarneyRay-Yoder, is the superintendent for Somers Point School District in New Jersey. Before coming to Somers Point, she was the Principal and Director of Special Education for Margate City Schools andp rior to that, a middle school vice-principal in Egg Harbor Township; a Learning Disability Teacher Consultant in Galloway Township; and a Special Education Teacher (LD/ ED) in Brigantine and Norfolk, Virginia; along with a paraprofessional in Norfolk, Virginia.
