Each class will start with devotions based on the essentials in the book, “The Daniel Plan.” After the devotion, there will be a workout followed by a cool down, stretching, prayer requests, and reflection. This program is geared towards beginners with advanced options as well.
Cost of the program includes 6 coach led, 90 minute classes. Your own Daniel Plan book & 2 InBody scans to see your progress. You will also have access to open gym & unlimited $5 drop-ins to any of the other classes offered at the facility
