Roof should be repaired 1. replace the under layer and replace with orig shingles or 2. only replace the missing under layers ( by removing some of the red shingles to do it correctly so no rain comes in ) or 3. remove all old shingles and mount only under layers over the roof so no rain comes in for now or 4. replace old shingles mount the under layer and shingles Amount of shingles 1800 sft i will buy the whole material you make the work. I am on a budget and must choose what is affordable for me. Make a proposal ( how much is your work) for whatever you are ready to go. Can be a side job on the weekends.
