Help removing DRY insulation in my attic

I need help removing the dry insulation in my home - it is not wet. Vacuum up any debris left over so that it is clean and ready for me to have blown insulation done in the future. I also would like to caulk and/or spray foam any air gaps in the attic. Pay is $20 an hour.
