Rehome with small fee for cat

Dio is my cat who is going to be three this year. He is very sweet and loving and would be good in single cat home with no dogs. He is very good with other cats but the problem is he has FIV. Its only contagious to other cats if they get into a fight but it would be best to avoid the trouble entirely. The reason why i have to rehome him is because I have two other cats who do not have FIV and they do not get along whatsoever after months of trying (Dio came into the family in October 2022). He has been confided to one room for the past few months and deserves to be in a home where he can have a thriving life.
