Northstar Residential is currently looking for full-time maintenance technicians for our sites in the Southern Metro (Burnsville/Chaska), the Northern Metro (Forest Lake, Wyoming, Coon Rapids), the Eastern Metro (Woodbury) and the Northwest Metro (Elk River/Big Lake) Duties include: *Responding to service requests which could include plumbing, electrical, appliance repair etc. *Preventative maintenance *Unit turn overs *Responding to after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis Candidates should have 1 year of experience in the field and have knowledge of plumbing and appliance repairs etc., possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance. Compensation includes a competitive salary and benefits package, company paid work cell phone, uniform tops, mileage between sites and 401K.
