More information about the property 21 South at Parkview 4944 South Sherwood Forest Blvd Baton Rouge, LA 70816 www.21southatparkview.com What you will be doing: Responsible for cleaning all make ready's/turned units for new occupants Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas Spot cleaning/maintaining hallways, model apartments and common areas Monitoring clubhouse amenities Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping 👉Here is what we can do for you! Annual reviews each year and an opportunity for a great raise based on your performance! Monthly renewal commission bonus checks Quarterly bonus potential of $300.00/Quarter!
