Focus Group on Chronic Conditions in Chicago

We are looking to interview people who have chronic conditions & caregivers for those who have chronic conditions. These interviews will be conducted in person in Downers Grove, IL. Participants will be compensated $250 for their time & insight. If you are interested in participating, please sign up and take the survey to see if you qualify!
