Urgently Rehoming Very Sweet, Playful and Friendly Cat

We adopted COVID-20 in early 2020 when she was a few months old. She has gotten along well with both cats and dogs. She loves to run around and she loves playing with toys. She's quite friendly. We haven't been able to get her fixed because of financial reasons but we've kept her inside consistently so she's never had an accidental pregnancy. In fact, she doesn't like outside at all! If I carry her too close to the front door, her claws come out and she digs into my clothing, like she's afraid of going outside. We have no idea why she does this. She sometimes scratches furniture or walls. We redirect her, but it still happens from time to time. She is used to sleeping in a kennel and she has had an automatic litter box for most of her life. She usually eats dry cat food, though we give her wet cat food as an occasional treat. COVID has a bad habit of getting right under people's feet. My mom's health has declined since we adopted COVID, especially her balance, and we're afraid of her tripping and getting injured. For this reason, we urgently need to rehome COVID right away. As per Craigslist guidelines, we will ask for a $75 rehoming fee. This will include a good amount of cat food, some litter, a tub-style top-entry litter box, a toy or few, and whatever else we think she would like.
