I have a lab/border collie mix I need to rehome. We have 9 dogs and it is too much for him and us. He needs to go to a place where he will be the only dog. AND NO KIDS as he does sometimes resource guard. He was born 04/11/18. He does have issues with his joints and with allergies. His medication is about $40-50 a month. He takes fish oil capsules, Zesty Paws AllerImmune and Phycox Max. He needs a weekly bath in Chlorehexidine/ketoconazole shampoo (curaseb brand). He’s on Iams Immunity food. I can send links to all that. He will come with his collar, crate (although he never uses it anymore), large orthopedic bed, car seat belt, and slow feeder bowl. He knows sit, down, circle and twist (circling one way and then another), crawl, and jump. I will require vet references and a home check. I’ve had him since he was 5 weeks old. It’s breaking my heart but he’s so stressed with the other dogs. He’s used to me being home all the time because I’m on disability so would prefer he goes to a home where someone is home a lot. He will just lay by your feet all day long. He’s super lazy. He is neutered and UTD on flea meds. He was due for his shots this month so will need those.
