Job Title: Maintenance Technician/Handyman (Part-Time) Job Description - The handyman will be responsible for the following: - Respond to maintenance requests from residents. - Perform simple repairs on the apartments and appliances. - Use a variety of hand and power tools without supervision. - Repair and maintain plumbing and electrical systems (if licensed). - Assist with the cleaning and remodeling of common areas. - Snow removal in the winter, lawn maintenance in the spring/summer/fall. - Other miscellaneous tasks related to the maintenance of the properties. Job Qualifications - 2+ years demonstrated track record maintaining residential properties. - Licensed contractor (preferred). - General knowledge of construction, plumbing and electrical systems. - Reliable Transportation. - Flexible work schedule, must be willing to work weekends occasionally if necessary. - Work Hours: 10 hours per week, flexible, exact hours likely to change week to week. Potential to add more hours if desired and we have a need. Compensation: $20-25/hour, negotiable based on skills/experience/licenses.
