Looking for a Porter to do the general cleaning of several buildings in Hells Kitchen. Responsibilities include: Sweeping, mopping, garbage and recycling disposal, moving appliances, and assisting the super with anything maintenance related. Must be able to work weekends. Preference will go to the individual that is closer to Midtown as you must be able to respond for emergencies such as snow removal and other maintenance related emergencies.
