Job description below -- SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. **Looking to hire within the next week** We are seeking a Professional Carpenter/Painter/Plasterer/Tiler, that has experience working in apartment complexes in both occupied and vacant units in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. Candidate must have 5+ years minimum experience and must be able to hang drywall, compound/tape, install tile, install flooring, must possess carpentry skills, and Plaster/Painting experience. Job schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, 1hr lunch break (8 hr shifts). Saturdays/Sundays OFF. Job pay: weekly pay -- Direct deposit -- W2 401K plan No medical benefits REQUIREMENTS - Must be 18 years of age or older - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - Must have 5+ years of carpentry experience - Driver's license is a plus - Background check will be performed $25 - $30 an hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE + Overtime when available *********************************************************** - Debe tener 18 años de edad o más - Debe ser legal para trabajar en los EE.
