ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of interior & exterior common areas, grounds, hallways and amenities Attention to detail Takes great pride in their work Snow removal duties required Be prepared to join a fun team! REPORTS TO: Service Manager to receive direction, priorities, and daily assignments Includes: Full Time, Mon-Fri, Full Medical, Dental, Vision, 11 paid holidays, 3 weeks of Personal Time Off (PTO), 401k, possible apartment discount.
