I'm offering local meal prep services for athletes or anyone looking to stick with their 2023 health & fitness goals!
What do I offer?
- Basic meal prep services
- Special request meals
- I will plan, shop, cook, and deliver weekly or biweekly meals
- Nutrition info for meals based on Weston A. Price and Dr Ray Peat diet recommendations (I.e., including homemade fermented foods, nose to tail meat cuts, bone broth, saturated fats [butter, tallow, coconut oil], no high fructose corn syrup or vegetable oils, low intake of legumes/seeds to reduce phytic acid/antinutrients, etc.)

I make all of my own fermented foods including sauerkraut, kimchi, beet kvass, milk kefir, water kefir, greek yogurt, kombucha, etc., that will be included in meal prep services. I also make sourdough breads, cookies, and desserts!
Why do I focus on fermented foods + sourdoughs?
Proper nutrition starts in the gut. It doesn't matter how healthy you eat if you have compromised gut flora. By incorporating homemade, non-pasteurized fermented foods into your diet, you're improving the digestion and absorption of key nutrients!
