GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES ✅ Maintenance crew leaders are responsible for working with and directing a work crew in their assigned daily duties. ✅ Crew leaders are also responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, performing quality control, and hitting production targets, as well as seeing that overall customer needs are being met. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: ✔️ See that crew members perform all assigned work efficiently and safely, within the budgeted hours ✔️ Ensure that the work is performed to the highest quality standards in accordance with the job specifications ✔️ Respond to any specific requests of the client while on-site working for the client ✔️ Train crew members on the proper techniques for performing regular tasks ✔️ See that crew members follow company policies and procedures ✔️ Completing employee performance reviews COMPENSATION: 💰 In addition to a competitive salary, we offer paid holidays, personal holidays and vacation — as well as opportunities for holiday and merit-based bonuses.
