Need childcare info/references

Hi all, concerned mom here! We may be relocating to the area if my husband gets offered a job, but we are from out of state. I have an almost 5 month old son that was born with underdeveloped lungs. He is in great health, and looks/acts completely as expected for his age, but he is immune compromised and needs to be isolated from day care settings and other highly populated settings for the first year or two of his life, just because if he gets sick he gets much more sick than other kids and would be hospitalized. Doctors say his lungs will reach maturity between 1-2 years and he will live an active, healthy life. I would be working from home and looking for information about what in-home care costs for someone to come to my house during the day ideally, but open to someone who offers care from their home. Unfortunately, he can't be in a day care with several kids. Any and all advice, references, high level daily estimates for a daytime 'nanny' or childcare provider would be great. I would prefer a fixed daily rate but any information would be helpful. Also please share any information on how someone finds care in this area. Not sure if there is a Facebook group, etc. But a referral from this post would be amazing. Thank you so much for your time. My name is Gina.
