Looking for motivated individuals to join our work crew in Lansing, MI. We specialize in interior painting, bathroom remodeling, tile, vinyl plank floor installation, custom woodwork, landscaping, and siding. Role will start out as Part-Time during the weekday and grow into a full-time position. Excited to add new hardworking guys to join the fun. We're a new outfit but our job orders keep outpacing our size. The types of jobs vary from building decks and fences to complete kitchen remodels. Pay: $15/hr for novices, up to $20/hr for experienced workers who don't need babysitting. I'm willing to teach and you should be willing to listen. Hours: Part-time (for now), with the high possibility of joinging crew for full-time work and overtime. Requirements: - Experience in at least areas listed above is preferred, but not required - Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Must be able to work well in a team environment - Must be able to take direction and work independently when necessary - Be at least 17 years old - We value quality work, a positive attitude, funny jokes, and work ethic. Team chemistry is the trump card. Jobs are easier and hours are shorter when we all know we have each others back.
