So- I've been on the hunt for a cheap jam space for a project I'm working on with some friends. I don't have room in my house - too small - but I'm just throwing out a 'feeler' for a small space to make some noise. Yeah... probably going to have a drum kit, guitar through a loud amp, mics hooked up to a small PA System, etc. Probably 3 people max to use the space. Not at super-odd hours. Not between 2am-6-am kinda thing. Latest would probably be until like 11pm - random nights. Could be consistent, could be once a month if that? Idk yet, but I could know if the opportunity presents itself. Preferably climate controlled with some wifi. I don't have a huge preference - honestly - I mean it could be an old tool shed (one big enough with some electricity), or a barn, or a non-creepy/sketchy basement, or in-law suite / pool house.
