Looking for self aware drummer

Small Boone band looking to expand a bit and add a drummer. We play gigs in Boone and the surrounding area. Someone that is willing to travel is a must. Studio recording is also something that we will be doing in the near future. We are looking for a drummer that can adapt from a dinner crowd to a stadium show. Self awareness is key, we've had a few drummers in the past and they insist on using a full set and playing with sticks versus a stripped set with brushes. We want people to enjoy music but also be able to carry a conversation at their table. We play a variety of music (Rock, Country, Pop) and also have several original songs, we write all our own melodies. Female lead vocals with 2 excellent musicians on bass and guitar.
