Looking for a Ranch hand / Farm hand to live on the ranch and perform the following responsibilities: Responsibilities • Communicating with Ranch Manager daily with reports of cattle conditions, structure conditions, and spotting items that would need the attention of the Ranch Manager • Riding pastures to check on cattle, land conditions, wildlife, hunting structures (blinds, deer feeders, etc.) and fence conditions • Feeding Cattle • Doctoring cattle (shots, taking care of sick cattle, etc.) • Filling deer feeders • Blind Maintenance • Fence Repairs • All other ranch maintenance Qualifications • Must be knowledgeable in caring for Cattle • Must have experience fixing/maintaining deer feeders • Must have experience with building/repairing fence • Valid Driver’s license • Must be willing to work weekends • General knowledge about machinery maintenance and safety of machinery • Person must be self-motivated and willing to work on your own • Physical requirements include the ability to lift 75 pounds frequently
