Event Space wanted for a birthday party 2000 sq ft or more in Brooklyn (preferred) or Queens Preferably would like to rent a lounge space, but can also be a banquet/party hall. Event is on March 11th, space need from at least 9 hours (5pm to 2am). Space must have: - tables and chairs for up to 50 people - lounge furniture and dancing area for 50 people - sound equipment for dj - bar preferred but mot required - allow for outside catering including bar services Serious inquires only. Please reply with your cost inclusive all fee's and deposit. If you provide extra services like props, backdrops etc please provide those costs in your reply. Don't have a space but know of one. Get paid a finders fee. I am willing to pay $100 finders fee for anyone that can provide available venue's that RESULTS in a successful booking for our event on March 11th, 5pm to 2am.
