Looking for someone who can stretch a canvas

I have a painting on canvas I want to hang--just need it stretched onto a basic wood frame. The image is 12x16 on a 16x20 canvas. I will have other jobs like this. I also have other needs such as I have a stone I want to wear around my neck--need someone to figure out how to make a locket out of it. etc. Obviously I can have this done at framing places for high price. Thinking $25. If this is too low tell me why.
