I'm a local property management looking for all round handy, experienced, and skilled repair technician. I pay well for repairman that can do quality work efficiently and on schedule. I’m looking for techs that are professional, responsible, and have a get it done mentality. I pay by the job but target pay of about $45 an hour for repair technician with good work ethic that does consistent quality work and acts professionally (punctual, does good work, communicates well and is easy to work with in general).
Projects I'm sourcing today:
Waxhaw, NC: About 1 or 2 Days repair work to complete between renters moving out and in. Some drywall work, painting touch up, and other misc. work.
Salisbury, NC: Finish subfloor repair work, lay floor covering, drywall, finish carpentry, painting
