HWY 6 & Westheimer When? 8am Mon-Friday it maybe any day during the week NO WEEKENDS You will be called as needed with advanced weeks notice REQUIREMENTS You must have your own fertilizer spreader You must have your own lawn mower, blower and trimmer You must be able to work Early Mornings 7am or 8am You must be able to carefully follow instructions You must have 2 ladders You must have your own tools (hammer, drill, saw, screws, nails, tape measure, etc.) You must have an open and flexible availability RESPONSIBILITIES Any exterior maintenance as needed basis Exterior painting touch up paint Lawn maintenance and care Cleaning exterior windows Pressure washing fence and driveway Sealing concrete area and fence You will be responsible for all and any outside maintenance and repairs
