Immediate position available for an Accounting Clerk. Join a well-established trucking business in Wyandotte County. Position will work directly with the corporate controller and other team members to process full cycle accounts payable/receivables and payroll. Job Duties: Input accounts payable/receivables invoices and POs Prepare weekly check runs for multiple entities Assist with month end close for Accounts Payable Payroll assistance Requirements: Detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities Accounts payable and/or accounts receivables experience Must have at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Must have Quickbooks Online experience Strong communication skills to work with vendors Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Physical setting: Office Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: Associate (Preferred) Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Billing and/or general office: 1 year (Preferred) QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)
