As severe weather damages commercial and residential properties across the country, we are actively seeking Junior Restoration Technicians. As a Restoration Technician (starting on $19/hour), you will be given a mentor and receive on-the-job training in the basics of water and fire restoration.After 6 months, we will sponsor your Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) industry certification, upon which you will graduate to a Senior Restoration Technician position, and thereafter have multiple advancement opportunities.Certified restoration technicians are in high demand across the country. Our industry is stable and growing every year, and not affected by the volatile state of the economy like many construction trades. Minimum Requirements: • Professionally represent the Cleanway model of professionalism, honesty, and integrity. • Must pass criminal background check • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must speak conversationally, read and understand English • Technician must be able to lift 75 pounds • Able to climb a ladder • Able to work in confined spaces • Able to work around a variety of chemicals • Excellent interpersonal/communication and customer service skills • Maintains professional appearance and attitude at all times • Comfortable with digital documentation work • Works well with others in a team environment • We have a rotating on-call schedule. Some evening and weekend hours may be necessary as we are a 24/7 disaster response company. Successful employees will receive bonus pay if called out while on rotation.
