Home remodeling company /RealEstate investor who, remodels residential Houses for various investors & hedgefunds are seeking workers to handle the remodeling.any experience in the following Trades is necessary: Bathrooms tile replace, toilet vanity’s R&R shower divertors, New valves. Painting, Tape up, spray &Cut in Kitchen cabinets- R&R. Prebuilt cabinets per plan. Granite we have a company. Drywall Framing, hanging finishing R&R exterior /Interior Doors Basic carpentry, trim out, floor baseboards, doors, exterior siding, etc LVT/LVP flooring install Lite plumbing and electric Any work requiring a permit we have licensed contractors to handle permits. Must have own tools and take pride in your work. Starting pay is negotiable but leads usually start off at $20-$25 hourly and helpers are at $12-15. Can be all piece work as well. We pay fast per zelle or Venmo! Homes are in starke, Gainesville and surrounding areas.
