We attribute our success to the effective working partnerships we create with both clients and staff What You Will Do: Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties located in the Allston/Brighton Area. You will join our maintenance team responsible for: - Performing building repairs such as painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. - Preparing open apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements. - Keeping up the appeal and cleanliness of the buildings. The work hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation. We are offering a $1,000 signing bonus for this position! $500 will be paid after 3 months and 6 months of employment. Who We Are Looking For: - Someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. - Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is preferred. - Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is also a plus. - A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
