Description

This is a full time seasonal position as the Mate on the day sailing schooner Argia. Must have sailing experience. In this position you will be managing the deck crew and need to be able to train entry level deckhands. Responsible for running the deck out on trips and taking care of passengers. Must be good at taking directives from captain. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Must have an eye for detail.
