We are a real estate company looking for a new team member to help us maintain our properties in Winchester, VA. We are a small, friendly team that is looking to grow and provide excellent service for our residents. We are seeking someone local to Winchester who can assist with showings, lockouts, administrative tasks and the infrequent emergency maintenance calls. This is a part-time position, about 2 hours per week, perfect for someone looking to make money on the side or interested in learning more about real estate and property management.
We are looking for someone who is reliable and trustworthy and has a background in customer service and/or sales. Must have transportation to get to showings in Winchester, VA. Work hours will range between 11am-7pm on weekdays and a few hours on Saturdays when necessary. At this time, we only need someone for about 2 hours a week so these days and times are the range of times we need someone to be available, not the number of hours per week we are providing.
Requirements:
• Responsible, accountable, and shows up on time
• Ability to communicate via email, phone, text message, and online maintenance portal
• Must have a phone, laptop, and a vehicle and be able to work independently
• Ability to respond quickly to lockouts and emergency requests, when needed
• Reasonably priced hourly rate for showings and last-minute requests
