Immediate opportunity available at one of our upscale Communities in Orlando, FL for a Maintenance Technician/Custodian. $18.00 per hour. This is a hands on role and this individual will be responsible for the day to day upkeep of the pool area, playground, gym, community center, maintenance garage, parking lot and dumpster areas. We are seeking a highly motivated, self starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Picking up debris around the pool Wash pool deck, pool furniture at the pool Clean the restrooms at the pool Maintain the cleanliness at the Community Center (wash floors, take out trash, etc.) Maintain the stainless steel water fountain, ensure that it is in working order Maintain the Gym area Use blower to ensure all walkways and common areas are free from debris Paint interior of community center, rest rooms, pool area as needed Empty trash and keep dumpster area free of debris Other duties as assigned Must be able to lift 50lbs Must have valid drivers license Must be able to pass a Background Check and MVR Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Short Term and Long Term Disability Life and AD&D 401(k) Paid Vacation Paid Sick/Personal Paid Holidays
