Urgently seeking a Machine Operator to join the team! This position will consist of making slight modifications to the current programs in place, feeding product through the CNC wood working machine, edge bander, and beam saw. We are a family owned and operated manufacturing company located in Largo, with over 25 years of experience in crafting high quality custom-wood products for our clients. Our products include, cut to size components, cabinets, custom closets, casework & millwork. Our ideal candidate will come from the woodworking industry. Someone who is a self starter, and willing to jump in where needed, and maintaining cleanliness of the facility. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-3:00pm Fridays are half days Job Responsibilities: - Run, operate and modify CNC flatbed/nest machine - Operate the edge bander and beam saw machine - Drill/cut holes/routed out - Assist with the process in getting it ready to be shipped - Organize parts and pieces as needed - Operate the sit down forklift as needed Qualifications: - Must have previous CNC programming and or operating experience - Previous woodworking experience is preferred - Must have reliable transportation - Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screening - Edge bander and beam saw machine operating experience is a plus Compensation starts $20-$25/hr based on experience- Performanced based increases after probationary period, with holiday pay!
