Warehouse: Packaging and Bottling Laborer

Pay rate: $15/hour This position is a temporary warehouse position that could run for a week or two at a time, multiple times throughout the year, depending on the company’s need. You may be asked to: • “Make” boxes. This includes taping the bottom flaps together securely, then applying the company logo stickers on both long sides of the boxes. Stickers should be centered, and slightly higher than the middle of the box. • Fill jugs (using an automated bottling machine) • Hand apply labels to filled jugs (front and back sides of the jug) • Place jugs into boxes. Insert bubble wrap between the jugs to protect the labels during shipping and to fill any gaps so that jugs are secure inside the box. • Tape filled boxes closed. • Apply specific product label to the outside of the box, on the narrow side that is visible to the eye when the box is positioned on the pallet. • Move and stack boxes onto the pallet, per instructions from employees on positioning and number of layers allowed. *Being able to lift approximately 45lbs above waste level is a plus but not a requirement for every postion available.
