Job description Job Summary We are looking for someone with experience Polishing Concrete, installing epoxy coatings and pouring concrete toppings. Below is all the areas of expertise our company provides. This job is a working foreman role to transition into field superintendent role. This job pay rate will range from 20-26 dollars per hour with time and a half overtime. After 3 months of solid proven capable work we will provide a bonus & guaranteed 40 hours a week pay, this means even if 40 hours is not achieved the pay will be 40 hours. Most often our working hours are 40 or more with occasional slow weeks. 95% of our work is indoors in buildings undergoing construction. Spanish and English speaking is preferred but not mandatory. Our company mainly specializes in the Restoration of Concrete as a finished floor. Responsibilities and Duties Experience performing polished concrete as well as overseeing training of others to perform concrete polishing as well. installing concrete toppings as well as various coatings. Ability to drive a truck and trailer. Ability to run concrete equipment such as shot blasters and grinders. Qualifications and Skills Previous Employer and job experience. Certifications if any. Different types of concrete you have polished. Different products you have installed. Benefits 20-26 dollars per hour with time and a half overtime.
