Hi there, Im in the middle of selling my house. There was some bad settling on my foundation in this summers drought which I am not going to repair, however, I have discounted my house accordingly and furnished the buyer with an engineers report for sellers disclosure. However an inspection will be done Friday morning and I would like to see if its possible to at least get the crack repaired so it doesnt look so bad when they come Friday morning. That means, I need someone out this afternoon to match the brick and tomorrow to make the repair. Just because its last minute, I still want it to look professional.
