Please help patches remove this painful mass

Patches has this softball size mass on her thigh and another one growing on her stomach. She's in pain everyday and my grandma is terrified of loosing her, she's been in the family since she was born and is now 5, this is a family dog and unfortunately we are unable at this moment to help her in the way that she needs so here I am creating this post in hopes I can get some help for patches to make sure she is healthy again and to make my grandma happy.
