More than just a lightshow or a sound bath. We've paired a beautiful guided meditation along with lights, aroma therapy, sound healing for the ultimate healing experience. The Helios Transfer is a quantum healing journey designed to help you get in tune with your highest self, unblock any subconscious blockages you may have, and to encourage your healing journey. Beginning at 4:44pm we will have 15-20 minutes to get settled in, mingle with friends and family, and find your seats. 5:05-5:15pm- Quick overview of the event, who we are as Hygeia Coldpress, rules/advices for the Transfer. Crowd questions if applicable. 5:20-5:35- Intention setting. When you first arrive you will receive your very own Helios Journal of which we will be taking 15 minutes to set and write down the intentions we all have during the Transfer. Don't worry these are yours to keep! We just want to make sure you get the most out of the experience. You will also receive a crystal of your choice at the beginning of the transfer to help guide you through the journey. This is also yours to keep. 5:40-6: Journey Begins. After setting our intentions and becoming comfortable; the journey will begin. During this time we just encourage you to relax, listen, and heal. 6:05-7:00pm- Wrap up. During this time we will be returning the lights to normal and you're encouraged to hangout and share your experience with other Transfer members. Feel free to hangout and stay as long as you would like. Meet some like minded individuals, and share your experience. Small snacks and cold pressed juice will be available for everyone after!
