This course meets Florida statutory requirements for real estate professionals and is approved as a 2-hour Continuing Education elective credit towards your 14-hour total requirement. Florida Real Estate Sales Associates and Brokers must complete 14 hours of state approved continuing education (including 3 hours of Core Law) every 2 years by either March 31st or September 30th, based on their license expiration date. You will find this date printed on your real estate license, or by visiting the DBPR website and searching for your record.
After participating in this course, real estate agents will have an understanding of the federal requirements when the seller is participating in a 1031 exchange. The agent will also learn about the basics of FIRPTA, Cash and 1099 Reporting.
This event is sponsored by American Pacific Mortgage and Title Resources Group. Rob Adam with Title Resources Group will be teaching this course. Lunch will also be provided following the class.
We are so excited to be hosting this interactive and educational course and to meet with other talented real estate professionals! Please RSVP via Eventbrite by 01/27/2023, or email Cameron Murray of Apiary Title at [email protected]. We hope to see you there!
