Bouldering Projects have open fitness spaces designed to let you move how you want. You’ll see bare feet along side running shoes. Power lifts and handstands, both leaving chalky handprints on the floor. Runners treadmilling, cross fitters kettlebelling, climbers hangboarding, and people doing physical therapy — working their way back from trying just a little too hard at some point. Everyone together. Supporting one another. Discovering their own movement practice.
In addition to our open, multi-use spaces, we also offer classes for all levels in fitness and yoga. Our yoga instructors, often climbers themselves, know climbing movement and aim to guide you to better balance. Our fitness instructors focus on helping you learn and grow your own strength.
Our approach is to help you feel good, and follow the inspiration that is right for you. It is about mindfully moving so you can feel and enjoy what you can do on any given day.
