Relevant laws, ethical considerations, and how to navigate grey areas of both will be discussed. You are guaranteed to leave this training feeling more confident when working with minor clients and navigating the rules and regulations that are a part of the process. This training will be led by Dan Mayer, Esq. Dan is an attorney who focuses on providing representation for mental health practices as well as practitioners.
