Licensed contractor hiring window installers, either an individual willing to be part of a crew/crew leader, or an already assembled crew who already works together. Contractor has been hired on as an install partner with a big window manufacturer who measures, orders and produces the windows, provides all miscellaneous materials, and schedules the jobs. All you have to do is pick up the windows each morning and go install. Requirements: - each employee must be able to pass background check - crew leader must be able to pick up the windows and other materials from the manufacturer in Riverview each morning to take to the job. - All bucking is replaced with new, which is also provided by the manufacturer. - Windows/doors will be installed and caulked. - Installers must be courteous and professional at all times (will be working on occupied houses for retail clients, not typically any vacant remodel houses) - employee must provide their own tools and method of transportation to and from the job. Pay rate can be discussed, additional compensation available for crew leader who goes to Riverview each morning to get the windows and manages the installs.
