Job Summary The Hydro Solution technician lead role facilitates the onsite execution of PMC Store Services superior cleaning and sterializing services. PMC Store Services operations include the cleaning of commercial and residential properties within the region from North Florida to South Florida. During the course of business self management promotes an autonomous work environment measured by key results. Services will be provided during night time hours while facilities are closed to optimize the technician work streams. Primary duties Mobile Cleaning Solution Operate motor vehicle Onsite task and time management Properly operate and stow all cleaning equipment before and after job site dispatch Critical Competencies Teamwork - ability to operate successfully within a matrix/multifunctional business organization. Planning and organization - effective time management; ability to organize and prioritize multiple competing challenging tasking responsibilities, create and execute a plan. Be able to take general goals and develop and implement on a localized level, complete assignments and meet deadlines, Provide assistance in the planning of others Client first - provide and advocate Customer Service excellence Professionalism - prudent and responsible business judgment and understanding Understand and utilize business fundamentals Adaptability to change Characteristics / Skills Mechanical aptitude to handle high pressure cleaning platforms Perform routine mechanical systems check on cleaning equipment and vehicle Ability to make minor mechanical repairs to pressure cleaning equipment and associated equipment. Education / Job Requirements Valid Florida Drivers license High School Diploma or equivalent Physically able to carry fifty lbs. or more Ability to work between the hours of 8PM and 6AM Tow and maneuver tandem axle trailer
