Decompress and find bliss in community with others! In this 90-minute nervous system reset, we will focus on deep stretches to soothe and calm the body and release stress and tension. Then we’ll shift into breathwork and guided meditation for somatic opening. A long, revitalizing savasana (meditative yoga nap) completes your yogic reboot, so you feel refreshed, receptive, and ready to face the world with renewed energy.
This mellow yet powerful class is perfect for desk denizens, athletic folks, and anyone who experiences stress (aka all of us). No yoga or meditation experience necessary. We love newbies! And, we believe that everybody has a “yoga body.”

JDF Bio: Jennifer Davis-Flynn is a 200-hour certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with a focus on mindfulness practices for managing depression, anxiety, and symptoms of ADHD. She’s also served as Digital Director of Yoga Journal magazine. Learn more at jenniferdavisflynn.com
Bria Bio: Bria Tavakoli began teaching yoga full-time in NYC in 2008. She holds a 500-hour certification from YogaWorks, where she served on the teacher training faculty. She’s also certified in Yoga Nidra (a form of guided meditation), a Reiki master, and studying for her (second) master’s degree in clinical mental health, with plans to specialize in sex therapy. Bria is the former Practice Editor at Yoga Journal, and loves Colorado in part because it’s the perfect place for the yoga hikes she leads.
