Description

Understanding the Environment Rating Scale ECERS-3 (In Person) The Environment Rating Scale is a tool used to break down an evaluation of a whole program into its different facets, so strengths of the program as well as the areas where you need to grow are identified. In this workshop, through lecture, small group discussions, case studies, hands-on activities, and practice with videos, you'll learn how to use the tool to assess your early childhood program and develop an action plan to help you improve it. As a result of this in-depth workshop on the ERS tools, you'll gain confidence in your program's overall quality and learn practical ways you can make large-scale improvements. Families placing their children will see the difference! OCFS: 1, 3 CBK: 1 QSNY: CE 1, HE 1 Training hours: 2, CEU: 0.2 Presenter: Raquel Saddlemire Cost: $70 Payment will be required at checkout.
