Join us at Tradition Brewing for a free Gentle Yoga class, instructed by Tabitha (Moody Monk Jewelry & Designs) on Sunday, February 5th at 10:45am! - RESERVE YOUR SPOT NOW - Due to limited space, all participants must purchase a 'free' ticket on this site to attend. This class invites all levels to join, as we will simply be tuning into our breath, feeling good, and gracefully accepting all that is. What better way to start off the week? Brewery will be closed during our class, but will open shortly after at 12--- so this is a great opportunity to stick around, make some new friends, and enjoy a cold one! ***We do not provide any equipment, so please be sure to bring your own mat (and blocks, if needed).
