Description
• Complete all general upkeep and cleaning.
• Perform maintenance and light repairs.
• Perform routine yard work and landscaping.
• Ability to repair sprinkler heads and minor irrigation breaks.
• Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
• Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.
• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter and debris.
• Ensure all common areas, office space, and amenities are clean and free of litter.
• Complete assigned work orders and routine service requests as requested by the Manager.
• Blow off roofs, gutters and downspouts.
• Maintain AC filters throughout the clubhouse.
• Distributes notices and communications to buildings when necessary.
• Informs the Manager of any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situation.
• Demonstrates customer service skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all areas of the property.
Qualifications and requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Physical ability to remain standing for the majority of your shift
• Hands on experience with hand and electrical tools
• Good communication skills
• Must be reliable and have own transportation
• Requires ability to walk, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist, and climb.
• Must lift and stack objects on a regular basis.
