Valentines can be challenging: where to go, how much to spend, can we get reservation? Make this Valentines special with a surprise dinner for your loved one. Your class experience will include a menu from appetizer to dessert. Starting with baked brie bites with cranberry relish that can be prepared in advance so you can enjoy your favorite wine or cocktail with your guest.
Next we make a light orange and fennel salad with baby greens tossed with citrus vanilla dressing topped with toasted almonds. Our main course will be a “Chicken Wellington” (pastry stuffed with chicken and herb cheese) served with “Duchess” potatoes and steamed broccoli tossed with garlic butter. And of course dessert to impress. We will make yummy dessert crepes to top off your elegant dinner. This elegant menu will be easy to prepare at home after having practiced the recipes in class and tasted the final product. You’ll be set to impress your partner with your culinary skills.
