Starting at 6 PM, this Valentine's Day, we will be serving our lovebirds a four course menu. Bellow your appetizer, soup and dessert will be listed and both entree options. You must choose which entree you AND your guest would like prepared for you. Each couple will be greeted with a bottle of Cava which has been chosen to compliment our entree options.
You must only Purchase one admittance ticket and one add on ticket. The remaining balance will be paid the day of.
Course One: Beef Dumpling Soup
Slowly simmered beef broth served with marrow dumplings.
Course Two: Butternut Tartine
Sliced Baguette, topped with lemon flavored ricotta cheese, roasted butternut squash slices with pistachios and pepper flakes.
ENTREE OPTIONS:
Beef Tenderloin : Seared beef tenderloin with demi glaze and pickled blueberries,maple glazed carrots and a turnip purée.
OR
Honey Glazed Quail: Boneless spatchcock quail with a honey-curry glaze on a bed of sautéed mushrooms. Served with a tangy beetroot purée and roasted brussel sprouts.
Dessert: Brownie served with whipped mascarpone cheese, marinated strawberries in an orange flavored triple sec liquor topped with chopped pistachios.
